This is the question photographers ask first and almost no studio listing answers, so here it is in plain terms rather than as an adjective.
Scout it before you book. Come at the hour you plan to shoot, not whenever is convenient — the room at nine in the morning and the room at four in the afternoon are two different rooms. There is no charge for that visit, and it is the single most useful thing you can do before committing a client to a date.

You are usually booking around a client who is waiting on a date. The process is built to give you an answer the same working day.

Before You Ask
Photographer Questions
The practical ones. If yours is not here, send it-we would rather answer it now than have you find out on the day.
How big is the space?
Thirty-five hundred square feet, used as one open studio rather than divided rooms. That is enough for full-length work, multiple setups running at once, and somewhere for waiting clients to sit well outside your frame.
Can I bring my own lighting?
Yes — bring whatever you shoot with. Strobes, constants, modifiers, stands, V-flats. The installation lighting is decorative and stays as it is, but nothing stops you lighting the room the way you want.
Can I scout the space first?
Please do, and there is no charge. Come at the hour you intend to shoot rather than whenever suits — the light changes the room completely, and seeing it at your actual call time is the whole point.
How many people can I bring?
Your clients, an assistant, a hair and make-up artist, and a reasonable number of family members. Tell us the headcount when you book. Large groups are genuinely fine at this size — we would just rather know in advance.
Can I move the furniture?
Furniture and smaller props, yes — put them back before you leave. The installation itself, the ceiling, drapery and wall pieces stay as they are. If you want something specific moved, ask and we will usually say yes.
What is the light like, and when is it best?

Do you take repeat or seasonal bookings?
Yes, and photographers who run seasonal minis should book that way. Reserve your fall and holiday dates a season ahead — those are the first to go, and they are the ones you cannot move.
What does it cost?
It depends on the day, the season and how long you need the room, so we quote rather than publish a single figure. Send your dates and hours and you will have a straight answer in writing within one business day — before any visit, and with no obligation.
Can I shoot video or content here too?
