Wisteria across the ceiling, chandeliers, ivy-threaded mirrors and velvet drapery — rebuilt four times a year. Whatever is installed the week of your event is included in full, at no additional cost.

Booking a Milestone Step by Step.
Sweet 16s and quinceañeras run longest; graduations and retirements can move faster. This is the shape of a typical Long Island booking.

Six to nine months out — agree the date & the guest list.
These two decisions determine everything after them. For a Sweet 16, ask her early whether she wants a large party or a smaller one; the answer often surprises the parent asking.

Six months out - book the venue.
Spring weekends across Suffolk County go first. Booking here also settles the décor question permanently, which removes the single largest variable from the rest of your planning.

Five months out - set the budget honestly.
Write down catering, cake, entertainment, photography & attire. Because décor is already handled, this list is shorter than the one most families start with.

Four months out - book catering & entertainment.
Good Long Island DJs and caterers hold weekend dates months ahead. Bring whoever you want — there is no approved-vendor requirement here.

Ten weeks out — send invitations.
Write down catering, cake, entertainment, photography & attire. Because décor is already handled, this list is shorter than the one most families start with.

Six weeks out — confirm photography..
The room photographs well, but a photographer who has seen it beforehand uses it far better. We will happily walk them through it.

Two weeks out — lock the run of the night.
Entrance, toasts, cake, dancing, last song. Write it down and hand it to someone who is not you, so you can actually attend the party you planned.

The week of — delegate three jobs.
Someone collects cards and gifts, someone manages the slideshow or playlist, someone drives everything home afterwards.

If something is not here, ask us directly. We would rather tell you no quickly than sell you a date that does not suit the celebration.
What does it cost to host a Sweet 16 here?
Rates depend on the day, the season and how long you need the room. Weekday and Sunday bookings are meaningfully less than Saturday evenings. We send full pricing with our first reply, within one business day, before any tour.
How many guests can you hold?
It depends entirely on format. A seated dinner, an open house and a standing cocktail party each fit very different numbers in the same room. Tell us your count and format and we will answer honestly, including if it does not work.
Do we have to use your caterer?
No — we do not provide catering at all. Bring the caterer, restaurant or bakery you want, including family-prepared food for a quinceañera. Our preferred vendor list is a suggestion, never a requirement.
Is there a food & beverage minimum?
No, because we do not sell food or beverage. You are renting the room. That is unusual among Long Island Sweet 16 venues, where most quote a per-head package with a spend floor attached.
Can we serve alcohol at an adult milestone party?
Yes, through a licensed caterer or bartending service holding its own New York State liquor license and insurance. New York caps one-day event permits at four per location per year, so a licensed service is the route that works reliably.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes, though most families need far less than they expect. We ask about anything attaching to the installation, open flame, confetti and glitter. Enclosed candles and numeral displays are fine.
Do you host surprise parties?
Often. Tell us it is a surprise when you inquire and we will plan the arrival with you — where guests park, where they wait, and who walks the guest of honor through the door.
How far in advance should we book?
Sweet 16s and quinceañeras typically book six to nine months out; graduations and retirements move faster. Shorter timelines are always worth asking about, since we host one event at a time and our calendar moves differently than a catering hall's.
