WHAT GETS CELEBRATED HERE
These are the occasions that fill Suffolk County calendars year after year. Every one of them works in this room, & every one of them works without a catering-hall contract attached.
The single most-popular celebration on Long Island, and the one most likely to be oversold. Our Sweet 16 venue in Suffolk County gives her a room that already looks like the inspiration photos without the ballroom minimum that pushes the budget past what the night actually needs.
A quinceañera carries traditions a rented hall rarely makes room for the presentation, the vals, the changing of the shoes. Because we host one event at a time, the timeline belongs to your family rather than to a venue running three parties in parallel.
30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th & beyond. A milestone birthday venue on Long Island should feel like an occasion the moment guests walk in not like a function room with a banner taped to the wall and a cash bar in the corner.
Twenty-fifth, fortieth, fiftieth. Anniversary parties are usually organized by adult children for parents who insist they do not want a fuss, which means the room has to do the persuading. Ours does — and the photographs come back looking like the wedding album they are echoing.
High school and college graduations land in a six-week window every spring, when every backyard on Long Island is booked and the weather refuses to cooperate. An indoor graduation party venue that already looks finished solves both problems at once.
Retirement Celebrations
Forty years of work deserves better than a conference room and a supermarket sheet cake. A retirement party venue in Suffolk County that feels considered signals to the guest of honor — and to the colleagues who show up — that the career being marked actually meant something.
The Part Nobody QUOTES YOU
The Room Is Never The Whole Price.
Call a Long Island catering hall about a Sweet 16 and you will be quoted a per-person package. It sounds complete. It is not. The package covers food and a room, and the room is beige.
Everything that makes the night look like the photographs your daughter has been saving for two years sits outside that number — and you find out one vendor at a time, usually after the deposit has cleared.
Here is what Long Island families routinely spend making a plain function room look like a celebration:
Balloon garland or entrance arch
$450–$1,200
Backdrop or step-and-repeat wall
$400–$900
Centerpieces & floral
$600–$2,000
Uplighting & dance floor lighting
$350–$900
Linens, chargers & chair covers
$300–$800
Photo backdrop or 360 booth
$500–$1,100
Typical décor spend, before catering:
$2,600-$6,900
What You Get
Milestone Services, Already Included.
Not add-ons. Not an upgraded tier. These come with the room, which is why our quotes tend to look smaller than the ones sitting next to them.
Wisteria across the ceiling, chandeliers, ivy-threaded mirrors and velvet drapery — rebuilt four times a year. Whatever is installed the week of your event is included in full, at no additional cost.
One celebration at a time. No second party behind a partition, no other family's guests in the parking area, no coordinator splitting attention between two rooms.
Our team sets the room and clears it. You are not arriving at eight in the morning with a carload of decorations, and nobody in your family is stacking chairs at midnight.
We map the room to your guest count and walk the run of the night with you — entrance, toasts, cake, dancing — so the day has a shape before it starts.
Every corner is composed, so the pictures guests take on their phones look like the ones you would have paid a photographer for. The guest of honor keeps those forever.
Your caterer, your baker, your DJ, your photographer. We keep a preferred list of Suffolk County vendors we trust, and you are never required to use a single name on it.
In Every Booking
You Are Renting a Finished Room
Most venues quote you an empty space and let the extras accumulate. This list is what arrives with the booking, every time, regardless of which milestone you are marking.

Planning Guide
Booking a Milestone Step by Step.
Sweet 16s and quinceañeras run longest; graduations and retirements can move faster. This is the shape of a typical Long Island booking.
01
These two decisions determine everything after them. For a Sweet 16, ask her early whether she wants a large party or a smaller one; the answer often surprises the parent asking.

Before You Ask
If something is not here, ask us directly. We would rather tell you no quickly than sell you a date that does not suit the celebration.
Rates depend on the day, the season and how long you need the room. Weekday and Sunday bookings are meaningfully less than Saturday evenings. We send full pricing with our first reply, within one business day, before any tour.
It depends entirely on format. A seated dinner, an open house and a standing cocktail party each fit very different numbers in the same room. Tell us your count and format and we will answer honestly, including if it does not work.
No — we do not provide catering at all. Bring the caterer, restaurant or bakery you want, including family-prepared food for a quinceañera. Our preferred vendor list is a suggestion, never a requirement.
No, because we do not sell food or beverage. You are renting the room. That is unusual among Long Island Sweet 16 venues, where most quote a per-head package with a spend floor attached.
Yes, through a licensed caterer or bartending service holding its own New York State liquor license and insurance. New York caps one-day event permits at four per location per year, so a licensed service is the route that works reliably.
Yes, though most families need far less than they expect. We ask about anything attaching to the installation, open flame, confetti and glitter. Enclosed candles and numeral displays are fine.
Often. Tell us it is a surprise when you inquire and we will plan the arrival with you — where guests park, where they wait, and who walks the guest of honor through the door.
Sweet 16s and quinceañeras typically book six to nine months out; graduations and retirements move faster. Shorter timelines are always worth asking about, since we host one event at a time and our calendar moves differently than a catering hall's.
